    Yes, of course FileBe.com can be used free. All you need to do is register your free account and you will be able to perform simple and quick tasks, like for example transfer larger files that would not be possible to transfer via email. You can upload, store and access limited amount of data with your free account.

  3. Why would I need a Premium Account?

    FileBe.com Account gives you a lot more options on what you can do with your data, how much of it can you process and how fast. Premium Account users enjoy very large storage space, blazing fast upload and download speeds as well as extended access to various tools that enable you to work with your data efficiently and conveniently.   4. What types of data will I be able to upload and are there any restrictions on file size?

    You can upload any type of data or file format as long as you do it in strict accordance with the published Terms of Service. You can upload files up to 2GB in size.

  5. How long will my files be stored?

    Non accessed free user files will be stored 30 days, Premium user files will be stored for 90 days. The countdown begins from the last download of the file.

  6. How secure is FileBe.com?

    We at FileBe.com take matters of security very seriously. We use the latest technology to ensure that not only account is safe and secure, but the payment procedure and any traffic exchange between you and FileBe.com is fully encrypted. That means that both incoming and outgoing traffic between you and FileBe.com can’t be hijacked or compromised in any other way ensuring complete safety and anonymity.

    You can become a Premium Account holder by purchasing the Premium Account right from the start of updating your existing free account to premium by following the easy to find links on our site.

  8. How can I cancel my recurring subscription to FileBe.com?

    If you have a recurring subscription to FileBe.com Premium Account setup and wish to cancel it, you need to contact us and request subscription cancellation. Your subscription will be canceled and confirmation email will be dispatched shortly.

  9. I’m having trouble logging into my account, what do I do?

    If you forgot your password, you need to click the Forgot Your Password link either right here or at the login window.

  10. How do I upload my data to FileBe.com?

    To upload your files to FileBe.com you will first of all need to register and get yourself a free FileBe.com account. After you’ve done that and have successfully logged on you will see Upload Files link on the top of the page. Click it and you will be taken to Upload page where you’ll be able to select and upload files. The process itself is very self explanatory and is made to be as easy as possible.   11. How do I transfer or share my data with another person?

    FileBe.com allows you to transfer or share your data with people worldwide. This is a continent, safe and secure to do that. Each file you upload is assigned its own URL which you can find in My Files menu inside your account. You need to give this link (URL) to the person you want to transfer the file too and they will be able to download it from FileBe.com.

  12. How do I download data from FileBe.com?

    To download any file from FileBe.com your will need to follow its URL to the download page. If this is your file, you will be able to get the URL in My Files part of the menu. If file is someone else’s you will need that person to give you a link to download a file. Once you are on the download page, follow simple on site instructions to download the data you need.

  13. How do I delete my data?

    To delete your data you will need to log into your account, go the My Files menu, locate the file you would to delete and click on the Delete button found across the file name. To delete multiple files at once, you can select the files by checking the box located in front of the name of the box and then use bulk delete button at the bottom of the page to remove the files you’ve selected.

  14. How can I delete my FileBe.com account?
